Scrumptious appetizers are the housemade quacamole and spinach queso dip, and our small plates feature tempura tofu and beef short ribs, to name just a few. Inventive entrees and nightly special dishes include New York strip steak, free-range chicken, and smoked tofu.
La Costa is absolutely an environment-friendly restaurant. Many plastics used are corn-starch-based in order to biodegrade in water. Used cooking oil is recycled. Vegetables are often organically-grown-locally. Beef, chicken, and fish are non-farm animals. Many wines are from 100% self-sustaining vineyards.
